About
Me

You know how you hear someone say "they knew they were meant to do this", that's exactly how I feel about being a therapist. I knew this was the path for me a long time ago but life sometimes takes us on twist and turns, and sometimes getting to our dreams takes longer than we anticipated.

Life, always seems to have a lot more in store than we want or feel we can handle at any given time it seems. Navigating all of the curves some times roadblocks can be overwhelming and you may find that you need help processing and maneuvering what's coming at you. The need for a safe space to be yourself, ugly cry, and be emotionally vulnerable. Everyone and every place is not always equipped to handle what our needs are in those moments, but I hope to provide that space for you.

Sometimes it may feel that hope is lost, or hard to come by. You may feel out of balance, unlike yourself, and missing peace in your life. Let's work together in finding your inner harmony, balance, and peace.

I have experience with individual therapy, couples, and families. I treat a wide array of mental health needs with additional specialties. I understand the financial investment going to therapy is, and the monetary commitment is not an easy one to always make. I also understand the importance of your mental health and investing in your own wellbeing. Choosing the right mental health provider for yourself can be a real investment in your life, and I would be honored to fill that important role for you!
